joke of the week, football, and even music from around the world

Funny joke of the week.
Q. Why did tiger look inside the toilet?
A. He was looking for Pooh.

This week my team named the "Hornets" practiced long and hard. Through our perseverance and mental state of mind, we were able to conquer our foes, the San Lorenzo Rebels. With a photographer at our game you can see some of the mind boggling plays we did to be triumphant. Just go to varsitypix.com/schools/alameda/?sport=17& to see these magnificent photo shots. Second half the score was 14-6 pretty close game, but after the halftime of ten minutes, we ran out onto the Field to receive the kickoff. Starting with the front line: Malik, Justin, Jose, Me, and David, next row was the wedge: Tone, Isiah, Declan and, Robert. Behind we have Zack, Frank, and Derek. Kickoff happens and here we go. I block the guy next to the kicker, then I block the kicker, and a gunner. As I was blocking the gunner Zack runs right next to me with the ball and I shed my block. We ran until he was pushed out of bounds at the 8 yard line. next play Ben Scores a touchdown and Tomas makes an extra point. That was the last point any of the teams made in our game.

So there I was on my way home from school on friday looking for a seat on the bus to Bayfarm. As I go further and further down the isle looking for an empty seat I find one. It is the very back of the bus, no airconditioning, no space to kick my legs out and enjoy the ride. Not even realizing it, I sat next to a guy who is in my English class. We were talking about class and how fun it was and how Mr. Sutherland was the best teacher in the world, when all of a sudden he starts to talk about his girlfriend Jenny. Then it hit me I remembered a song I heard a long long time ago in a galaxy far far away. By the artist Tommy Tutone "Jenny" or some others No it as a phone number "867-5309" It is one of the best songs I can remember from the eighties, so go now and look it up on yahoo music and listen to it, and you might like it yourself. :)
